About Me

My name is David Draper, I am married with a young son. I work around the UK as an Agile Coach and consultant. I work with software development teams and organisations to improve their ability to deliver valuable software quickly and sustainably.

I am passionate about delivering quality software and engaging businesses to ensure that maximum possible value is delivered. I believe in empowering teams and training managers in servant leadership enabling teams to self organise.

In addition to coaching I deliver training and often mentor in TDD and pair programming. I also occasionally speak at conferences.

My background is in software engineering where I have extensive experience as a developer, technical lead and trainer using C++, JAVA, OO and UML. as well as enjoying playing with Ruby.
